A Good Day to Die

Another one from Tenpa over at Digital Tibetan Buddhist Altar.

Longchenpa has made it to the intertron.  Astonishing.  Truly!

In my neck of the blogging forest there is a phenomenon that occurs with good writers who find a rich vein of inspiration and have the ability to go with it and provide a great gout of energy to those who follow those writings.

We call that “being on fire.”

‘Course after a while there’s dry spells, etc.  But being “on fire” is a real phenomenon.

But to see Buddhist blogging with the blogger on fire is another kettle of fish entirely.  This is news.  Really and truly.  Something new in the West.

The threads are being woven, I believe, all the jewels of the world cultures that are coming out now all the treasures of their lineages free to be accessed on the internet, the challenge is to weave with absolute integrity, not just to seem united on the surface.  To truly weave these strands together, whole.

Well that’s something I see.

The writer of this piece, Tenpa, I say he is the first Buddhist blogger — Western Buddhism has taken root in order to produce someone like him.  Digital Tibetan Buddhist Altar is the name of his blog.

My Boyfriend’s Back …

… and there’s gonna be trouble.

Hey nonny … etc.

The yin yang thing going on is getting yang and that changes the yin and so it goes.

He’s got a woman mean as she can be …

So I Sez Ta Her, “Mabel!” I Sez

I’m done with moralizing, there is zero need for moralizing in these times, but it’s such a habit!

Well as an old lover once said to me, you don’t give up something you want until you find something you want more.

A more recent lover put forth the notion — in the form of a question — what is it like when a woman:  dresses to please herself; dresses to please a man; and dresses to please God.

Ha!

You Could Never Dig This

… because it’s directed towards these beauty bloggers I find myself drawn to, I know I could give them something, they are dealing with the most primal aspect of vanity and that intrigues me, they just started out blogging like everyone else, out of pure enthusiasm, for no reward other than to express themselves and now some of them are famous and others are making good money.  But they’re still fabulous and I see them really working it to keep their blog-followers happy.

So there’s drugstore beauty products and what they call luxe beauty products.  Chanel, Dior, those are luxe, and Philosophy and L’Oreal and Maybelline (why cantcha be true?) are drugstore products.

I could be the luxe psychic for these folks, can do Tarot if I must but prefer doing I-Ching readings - so there you are, it’s not the usual stuff, it’s something they probably don’t know much about.

I am not a drugstore psychic, although I have had my moments in the pursuit of being of the people, that kind of thing.  But honestly, I’m luxe.  That’s just the way it is.

It’s all over the intertron, these groups of people blogging with fire and passion and ripe for enlightenment.

I dunno about Tumblr, I can’t figure out how to use it and don’t care enough to learn, only came here because Kai stopped posting at Zuky and I panicked and Nezua was kind enough to direct me here.  And now I see Nezua posts here as well.

Two utter superstars, and do you Tumblrs have a clue?  Of course not!  Meh.

Anyway, I’m a famous blogger elsewhere on the tubez and I come here to be incognito and let my hair down a bit.

I have no followers, no one hearts my posts.  I could change that if I wanted to, but I’m not in the mood.  Really.

But truly, I could be a luxe psychic

without justice, how can we unite, we split apart into shattered fragments but oh we are very very sharp, so watch out.
